Sorcha King is a native of Carna, Co. Galway, and is a Solicitor in the Medical Negligence Department in our Galway Office. She joined the firm in 2016 as a paralegal in their Sligo office, working primarily in the area of Clinical/Medical Negligence and served her traineeship with the firm. She has vast experience working in cases involving maternal injury, wrongful death, birth injury and psychiatric injury, to name a few.

She is acutely aware cases of clinical negligence can be difficult and sensitive in nature, and strives to ensure clients are treated with the utmost compassion and respect, while also getting the answers they seek.

Sorcha attended Scoil na hÁirde Thiar, and Scoil Phobail Mhic Dara, Carna, before graduating from University of Galway with an honours degree in Civil Law (BCL). She is a fluent Irish speaker and happy to liaise with clients as Gaeilge.
