Caroline was appointed Partner in Callan Tansey in August 2018 in the Litigation Department. She advises on Litigation at all levels to include District Court, Circuit Court and High Court.

Caroline specialises in Personal Injury Litigation to include Road Traffic Accidents, Catastrophic Injury, Fatal Injury actions, Accidents at work and public liability claims dealing with applications to the Injuries Board ‘PIAB’, applications to the Motor Insurers Bureau of Ireland ‘MIBI’ and manages a personal injury caseload at District Court, Circuit Court and High Court level.

She also advises on Defamation, Equity Litigation and Debt Collection for both Private and Corporate clients and served her traineeship with Callan Tansey Solicitors after joining the firm in April, 2004. Caroline was appointed as an Associate in 2013. Caroline is a former Secretary of the Sligo Solicitors Bar Association.

Caroline is an External Examiner for Letterkenny Institute of Technology on various Law Modules.

Caroline is a Member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers www.apil.org.uk and the Irish Women Lawyers Association of www.iwla.ie/

Caroline is also a member of the Donegal Women in Business Network.
