The measures taken to suppress COVID19 have highlighted the importance of community, of gathering with our friends and family, and the positive role sport plays in our lives.
We are delighted to continue our sponsorship of Sligo Rovers this year in particular, as communities across Ireland get behind their local teams.
Sligo Rovers is Club owned by the people of Sligo and the surrounding area.
Fo
unded in 1928 it is rooted in the community having played at The Showgrounds since its inception.
Over the years the fans of “The Bit O’ Red have seen great days and tough times, as the team hove won Cups and League titles, but also have had their challenging seasons.
However, over the years the people of Sligo have been steadfast in their sense of pride and ownership of the club.
A shortened 2020 season without gate receipts proved a challenge for the very survival of the Club.
However the community stepped up, with fans from home and away, raising €84,000 in a matter of days.
Like Sligo Rovers, Callan Tansey is rooted in the NorthWest of Ireland, but our team also travels across the country in the course of our work.
We nurture individual talent and specialist expertise, while working as a team to deliver the very best results for our clients and those who depend on them.
While COVID19 regulations mean we cannot support Sligo Rovers from the stands this season, we will be cheering the team on as we have always done.
