Roger is a Partner and is Head of the Medical Negligence Department which has acquired a nationwide reputation. He has acted for clients in some of the largest cases to come before the courts. He has extensive experience of all types of Medical Cases, including Cerebral Palsy/Birth Injury Claims, Surgical Injury, Dental Claims, Delayed Diagnoses, all forms of Acquired Brain Injury and inquests into wrongful death.

Roger lectures on the Civil Litigation Course with the Law Society in Dublin. Roger trained in Damien Tansey & Associates, Sligo (now Callan Tansey Solicitors), became an Associate Solicitor upon qualification and was made Partner in the firm in 2003.
