Niamh served her Apprenticeship in Lennon Heather & Co Solicitors working almost exclusively in the area of Commercial Property, Lending and Securities during the height of the property boom. Thereafter Niamh spent a number of years in Canada gaining experience in a Commercial Law Firm.

In July 2006, Niamh moved to Sligo and, following on from the high profile merger of C.E. Callan & Co with Damien Tansey & Associates, Niamh took over the development of a Commercial Law Practice within the firm. Since joining Damien Tansey & Associates, now Callan Tansey Solicitors, Niamh has advised on both contentious and non contentious matters relating to property transactions and has a depth of experience in the area of specific performance and the resolution of contentious issues when deals go wrong.

Niamh advises in the areas of Insolvency and Corporate Restructuring, Commercial Litigation and Banking.
