Claire joined C.E. Callan & Co in July 1999 and, on qualification, was immediately hired as an Assistant Solicitor. She has been involved in all aspects of the practice and has specialised in the Private Client and commercial conveyancing side of the practice. Claire, who qualified as a Solicitor in 2003, provides legal advice in the area of Wills Drafting, Estate Planning and Administration.

Claire has acted for both sides of residential conveyancing transactions having also acted for a number of Lending Institutions and Developers. Claire has been involved in a large number of Commercial Conveyancing deals and, in particular, she has acted in the lease of a number of commercial units, purchase and sale of businesses to include licensed premises.

Claire also provides ongoing legal advice to a number of our corporate clients.

Claire is now an Associate Solicitor with Callan Tansey Solicitors.
